– The Seven Trumpets - Samuel Dale
REVELATION 8:7-10
7 ¶ The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.
REVELATION 8:8
8 And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;
REVELATION 8:9
9 And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.
REVELATION 8:10
10 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;
REVELATION 11:15
15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices
in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become [the kingdoms] of our
Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

21-5 The--this calling of the Feast of the Trumpets, the approaching of something... Notice Revelations 8 and 7, if you want to write it down. We notice the first trumpet there scattered hail, blood, fire upon the earth. Just exactly with Exodus, when God was calling His people out of the exodus.
Now, the reason that these Seven Trumpets does not apply to this church and this age is because it's to Israel only. It's the calling of, the gathering of the people. And now, there's only one significance in here, that I want you to get to in a few minutes, is where you'll see why this doesn't apply to this age that we're living in, the Seven Trumpets.

22-2 Notice, the very first trumpet sound, blood, fire, hail, and everything scatter the ground. See? What was He doing? Bringing Israel out of spiritual Egypt (See?) back into his homeland.
Now, let me say this right here, that every trumpet that blowed, blowed under the Sixth Seal. And we'll get to it in a few minutes where we caught the seal there. All the Trumpets sounded under the Sixth Seal, because the Seventh Seal there was silence. No one knew; that was the minute or hour that Christ would come, as He revealed it to us. But every trumpet sounded under the Sixth Seal, under the persecution of the Jews.

23-1 Notice, now, exactly the continuity of the Scripture, exactly the same. Under the Seventh Trumpet is to Israel the same as the Seventh Seal was to the Church. We find under the Seventh Seal, that when these souls that was under the altar there that received robes; they were given robes, not that they earned them, because they were in the dispensation when God was still dealing with grace with the Gentiles, not Jews. Israel is saved as a nation; God deals with Israel as a nation. Gentiles is a people for His Name, not a nation for His Name, Israel.

36 And then, why He wouldn't let me preach them Seven Trumpets... I even was ready to announce it, had the halls ready and everything to go into to preach the Seven Trumpets. And I said, "There's something bothering me so bad." I said... We kept on working, and Billy and all of us, trying to get everything ready for the air-conditioned building for this next coming week for the Seven Trumpets, having ten days--or eight days: had the school auditorium. But the Holy Spirit wouldn't let me do it for some reason. And I wondered why. And when I went in to pray... I told the wife, "I'm going in." And sincerely I knelt down before God to pray. And He revealed to me them that seven trumpets sounded under the Sixth Seal, and I've done preached it, supernaturally. See? It's the hand of God, the whole thing. It pertains to Israel; and we picked it up under the Sixth Seal, you all who have that, how the persecution of the Jews...
BROKEN.CISTERNS_ JEFF.IN V-5 N-13 SUNDAY_ 64-0726E
158 Let us bow our heads, praying that God will so richly bless each of you that His grace and mercy will be with you through the coming week, and if anything should happen that one of you may slip beyond the veil now, just remember, that it's only a few hours of sleep and rest until we meet. Remember that they which are alive and remain shall not hinder those which are sleeping, for the Trump of God, that last Trumpet (the sixth one has just sounded), and that last Trumpet like the last Seal, will be the coming of the Lord; it shall sound, and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Just resting till that time. And if you should get hurt, remember:
Take the Name of Jesus with you,
As a shield from every snare;
And when temptations around you gather,
Just breathe that holy Name in prayer.
Devils will flee. Just remember, we hope to meet you here next Sunday morning. Bring in the sick and afflicted. I'll be praying for you. You pray for me now. Will you do it? Say, "Amen." [Congregation replies, "Amen."--Ed.] I'll pray for you that God will bless.
... Name in prayer.
Precious Name, (Precious Name,) O how sweet!
Hope of earth and joy of heaven;
Precious Name, O how sweet!
Hope of earth and joy of heaven.
At the Name of Jesus bowing,
Falling prostrate at His feet,
King of kings in heaven we'll crown Him,
When our journey is complete.
Precious Name (Precious Name, isn't it sweet and precious?)
Hope of earth and joy of heaven;
Precious Name, (Precious Name,)... (O how sweet!)
Hope of earth and joy of heaven.
