Giving an account of the deeds that's done in the body

6 Therefore [we are] always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:

7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

8 We are confident, [I say], and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

9 Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.

10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things [done] in [his] body, according to that he hath done, whether [it be] good or bad.

11 Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.

12 ¶ For we commend not ourselves again unto you, but give you occasion to glory on our behalf, that ye may have somewhat to [answer] them which glory in appearance, and not in heart.

13 For whether we be beside ourselves, [it is] to God: or whether we be sober, [it is] for your cause.

14 For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:

15 And [that] he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.

6 ¶ Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we [him] no more.

E-51 Someday it'll all be over and then you're going to meet Him and give an account for the deeds that's done in the body. One of these hours there'll be an atomic bomb strike this city of...?... nation...?... There won't be a living person or anything left, that might be less than year from now. Where is your poor soul going? Don't take a chance with it...?... come now. And you just stay on it playing along? You're church and all these that belong to church, but you really haven't got a real experience, won't you come?
I'm very strangely led to make that--make...?... your hands. Looky here, all you Christian people. Look upon this scene. Do you think God would hide His eyes from that? If He keeps the sparrow that falls on the street? If He knows about the death of a sparrow, how about hundreds of sincere people praying. This is going to be a marvelous time. They're still coming, friends, from both sides. If you'll make your way, God will be very happy and be very glad to...?... you.

E-43 "Oh, sure, I touched Him; I put my name on the church book; I joined the church; I was baptized; I..." That's a touch all right, that ain't the touch that...?...
"Who touched Me?" Nobody said nothing. He looked out into the audience till He found the little woman, and He told her what had happened, had troubles with a blood issue; said, Your faith has saved you."
Brother, sister, if I never meet you again, until it's at the judgment seat of Christ, where the deeds that's done in the body could be made manifest, let me ask you this question and you answer me sanely: If He's the High Priest today that can be touched by the feeling of our infirmities, wouldn't He have to act in the same manner that He did then, if He is the same? Certainly. If you just setting it out and was...

953-151 Now, and then at that time... See, the Gentile Bride is in heaven, and the sleeping virgin, the Gentile virgin, is not to be saved during that time; she's already been saved, but has been rejected in the Bride. And she only goes through the tribulation period for the time of purification, because she has rejected Christ, the Word, for her purification. Then she has to suffer for her deeds, but the Bride who has become the Word, a complete atonement was made of Christ, 'cause He is the Word. That body was rended, and when that body was rended, the Bride was in that body, because It's all the Word. Amen. You see it?

953-152 When Jesus suffered in that body, He suffered... 'Cause a man and a woman are one person. Eve was taken out of Adam, and the Church... What happened? God opened up the side of--of Adam and took out of there a helpmate, the bride. And God opened up the side of Jesus at Calvary and took out the Bride. See? And when Jesus died at Calvary...
Remember, the Bride was not taken from the body until the body was dead. He'd already died, and they was going to break His legs. And the prophet said, "There'll not be one bone broken." So they done drawed back the hammer to break a leg, and a man run up with a spear and pushed it through His heart; and water and Blood came forth; He was already dead. She was already redeemed in the body by His death, so there's no more suffering tribulation period for the Bride. See? She goes in. But the Gentile church that just believe on Him and take the denominational creeds and so forth...

62 The other day in the Tucson paper I was reading an article that where there was a--a woman driving down the road, at I believe about forty, fifty miles an hour, and she hit an old man with an overcoat on. She screamed and stopped her car. It threw him up in the air: right out of the plain desert. And she run back to find him, and he wasn't there. So what did she do? Some people behind her saw it happen, saw the old man fly up in the air, his overcoat turning. So they run back to find out. They couldn't find the man anywhere. They called the police force. The police come out to examine the place; there was nobody there.
Well, each one of them testified the car chugged, hit the man. He went up in the air, and everybody saw it. Witnesses and two or three carloads of them, they seen it happen. Come to find out, five years ago there was an old man with an overcoat on hit and killed on the same spot. When you leave here, you're not dead. You've got to come back even if you're a sinner and be judged according to the deeds done in the body. "If this earthly tabernacle is dissolved, we have one waiting." "En morphe," that's the word.
