Do Babies go to heaven?

II Samuel 12:18 - 23
18 And it came to pass on the seventh day, that the child died. And the servants of David feared to tell him that the child was dead: for they said, Behold, while the child was yet alive, we spake unto him, and he would not hearken unto our voice: how will he then vex himself, if we tell him that the child is dead?

19 But when David saw that his servants whispered, David perceived that the child was dead: therefore David said unto his servants, Is the child dead? And they said, He is dead.

20 Then David arose from the earth, and washed, and anointed [himself], and changed his apparel, and came into the house of the LORD, and worshipped: then he came to his own house; and when he required, they set bread before him, and he did eat.

21 Then said his servants unto him, What thing [is] this that thou hast done? thou didst fast and weep for the child, [while it was] alive; but when the child was dead, thou didst rise and eat bread.

22 And he said, While the child was yet alive, I fasted and wept: for I said, Who can tell [whether] GOD will be gracious to me, that the child may live?

23 But now he is dead, wherefore should I fast? can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me.

E-7 I'll say this by the authority of God's Word. Every baby that's under the age of accountability, dies, goes to glory. Yes, sir. Christ died to take away the sin of the world. And when you come to the age of accountability... We were all born in sin. But when He died, He taken away the sin. And when you come to the age of accountability, then you're responsible from then on. See? It isn't... You're not responsible for something you did not do, Christ done died to save you to take away the sin that Adam caused. But when you sin, you have to confess your sins. First, you have to confess it.
But the baby's done no sin. It's not accountable for what it does. And Christ died to free that baby. And I... If it's born of a parent, drunkard, or whatever they might be, that baby goes to heaven. I believe it. And I believe it'll come to recognition of the cross when it gets there, to know that Christ died for it. I believe that. Yes, sir.
Oh, I--I'm the greatest believer in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, I--and for what He's done, and what He is to me tonight. He's more than life to me.

10-3 I know your question now: Eve said, "I have gotten a man from the Lord." That's exactly right. You could take the orneriest woman in the town, the worst man; if they had a baby, it would have to come from the Lord, because God has laws set together. And of these laws... Like the sun to raise: you put a cocklebur in a good field; it'll grow, and it has to grow because it's God's law. When seed is planted it must grow. And nothing can grow life but God, because it operates under His laws.
And therefore, when the evil seed was planted in the womb of--of Eve, it had to bring forth because it's God's law of production. And it could do nothing else but bring it, and it had to come from God.
That's the reason people say little babies sometime that's not born with Christian parents, are lost. Jesus Christ's blood atones for the child, I don't care how much it was born, how evil it was born. He's the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world. The little child cannot repent, because it has nothing to repent for, and that was the sin of the world which was taken away by the Blood of Christ. Babies go to heaven.

E-27 And then, the poor little thing, I felt so sorry for her. And she said... I said, "That was a vision."
And she said, "Well, go see vision for my little boy."
Well, that was mighty sweet, but you can't see visions when you want to, not at your leisure; it's God's Divine order, not what I will, but what He will. Now... then... Here's what taken place. I said, "Are you Christian?"
I said, "Look, your little boy may be dying, as the doctor says. And he will go up to heaven because he's a baby," about six, seven years old. I said, "He doesn't know what sin is yet." I said, "He will go up to heaven. And if you die in your sins, you can never be with him no more. And if you get saved, and the little boy dies and goes up to heaven, then if you, when you die, you'll go up to heaven; you'll be with him always, where there's no accidents." And I said, "And perhaps then if you wanted a favor from me, you'd do something for me, something kind. If you want a favor with God, then do something kind."
And so she... Seemed they couldn't lose on that, so they knelt down and begin to cry, and pray, and gave their hearts to Christ. They raised up; then the poor little thing said, "Now, go in see vision for my little boy."
I said, "I'll go pray."
She said, "Come, go at the hospital."
I said, "No, He can show me in my room just the same as He can show me there." I said, "He may not show me at all."
So Mrs. Isaacson finally got them to leave. And every few minutes they'd call back up, say, "Brother Branham seen vision yet?" And they were interested in their little boy, 'cause the doctor said it had not come to and this was the third day.

12 And there's the teaching that says if the baby's borned of a Holy Ghost parents, well, the baby will go to heaven. But if it isn't, there's no more to it, the baby just is no more. That's strictly an error. What difference does it make whether it's a Holy Ghost parent? It's all sexual desire, and the baby's born the same way. So it's all borned in sin, shaped in iniquity, come to the world speaking lies. That's--that's the Scriptural terms of it.
So in... And then the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses and makes an atonement for that child. If it dies, he perfectly, go right into the Presence of God. And if it was born from the most sinful parents in the world, until it's the age of accountability where it knows right and wrong, and then what it does from then, it's got to be forgiven for that. It's got to ask its own repentance from then on. But while it's a baby...
